President and Co-Founder
Mike Sullivan, President and Co-Founder of Sullivan Construction, started in the construction industry over 15 years ago. Being a New York native, Mike began his career in the building sector through working at his family-run HVAC company based out of Manhattan. Taking on various construction roles throughout his former years, Mike was able to adapt to a variety of construction disciplines with ease and enthusiasm. Starting off as a superintendent after graduating from Lynn University, and eventually becoming a general contractor, he thrived in the luxury and high-end construction department. Now the president of his own company, Mike has launched a successful business of his very own. Being an active member of a number of industry-related organizations including RCA and ICSC, Mike Sullivan embraces what it means to be involved and dedicated, and thrives in cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships. Mike is now flourishing in the retail construction section and continues to take a hands-on approach in every job he tackles. Under the leadership of Mike Sullivan, the company has succeeded in building and completing countless top-tier high-end retail stores, restaurants, offices, and spaces. By delivering the utmost in customer service, Mike has been able to foster long-lasting client relationships which speaks to the company’s ultimate success.
AMANDA SULLIVAN
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Amanda Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, began her career in construction assisting a building engineer. After graduating from Lynn University, Amanda decided to take the real estate route, obtaining her real estate sales associate license. Amanda shifted her focus from her initial career path, which narrowed in on real estate development, to delve into the retail construction industry. Eventually becoming a project manager for a South Florida Developer, Amanda's love and passion for the construction industry only grew fonder. Through her various career pathways prior to becoming Vice President of Sullivan Construction, she gained the necessary and essential skills that would allow her to help build a successful construction company. Some of her duties, among countless others, are to ensure that each and every client concern and project detail is taken care of with accuracy. She manages information in all stages of the project, keeping documentation and performance in check throughout the job at hand. Amanda has helped build a thriving construction company with her husband, Mike, that is driven by always obtaining the highest level of excellence. Together, Mike and Amanda consistently work toward a common goal: the goal of certifying that each completed job is something in which the entire team can be proud of.
COLE MANNING
Senior Project Manager
Cole Manning, a Senior Project Manager for Sullivan Construction, graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Architecture. Throughout his time in college, he was an active member of AIA (American Institute of Architects) where he took on a presidential role in his final year there. Always having a passion for architecture and construction throughout his youth, it was no surprise that Cole would soon be working alongside a multimillion dollar construction firm as their lead Senior Project Manager. Upon graduating, Cole moved to South Florida where he began his position as a Construction Project Manager. Currently still residing in Florida, his role at Sullivan Construction includes supervising and overseeing every aspect of multiple high-end commercial and luxury retail jobs, build-outs, and remodels while managing a large team. With a deep and thorough understanding of the entire construction process, from blueprint and bidding to permitting and design, Cole takes on every project with assertiveness and confidence.
PHILIP COHEN
Director of Business Development & Marketing
Since graduating from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan MS ’81), Mr. Cohen has had over 30 years of experience in banking and business management. At Bank of America and Bankers Trust, Mr. Cohen was responsible for streamlining systems for internal auditing and document processing. After that, Mr. Cohen became president and successfully managed a retail food business in New York.

Vice President
While earning his J.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, Andrew focused on Real Estate and Construction Law. Upon law school graduation, Andrew worked in finance at Goldman Sachs in New York City for over 3 years, while helping facilitate business strategies for a number of large construction companies before moving to South Florida and joining Sullivan Construction. Andrew is a 2007 graduate of Colby College, where he was named captain of the men’s basketball team. “I believe the opportunities for growth in South Florida are exceptional.
